Lifetime Warranty
Vital Health Saunas offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser on the following components:

The advanced multi-media components carry a separate one-year manufacturer warranty from the original date of purchase.
If your sauna is not operating properly, please first refer to your instruction manual for troubleshooting guidance. If the issue cannot be resolved, please call us at (800) 749-0297, contact us by email, or use live chat for technical support.
If it is determined that a component needs to be replaced, the appropriate replacement part(s) will be shipped to you under the terms of the warranty.
Warranty Disclaimer
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the sauna and is not transferable. Any rights or obligations associated with this warranty become null and void if ownership of the product is transferred. Proof of the original purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
This warranty will be considered void if the sauna has been altered, misused, abused, or exposed to water or adverse weather conditions. The warranty is also void if the sauna is operated or maintained in a manner that deviates from the published instructions.
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, or negligence by the purchaser.
Limitation of Liability
Vital Health Saunas (Vital Saunas Inc.), its employees, representatives, and affiliates shall not be liable for the loss of use of the sauna or for any incidental or consequential damages incurred by the customer.

Cancellation and Return Policy
A buyer may cancel an order and return the goods to Vital Health Saunas subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
The buyer must provide written notice within thirty (30) days of receiving the goods stating that they wish to return the product. The buyer must then obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Vital Health Saunas.
Returns submitted without an RMA number will not be accepted, and the buyer will be responsible for all related shipping costs and applicable fees described in this policy.
If a buyer elects to cancel an order and return the goods, the buyer assumes all risk of loss associated with the return shipment, including shipping, handling, restocking, and any related costs or fees.
All returned goods must be unopened and in their original packaging.
Vital Health Saunas reserves the right to withhold any refund until the returned goods have been received and inspected to confirm that they remain unopened, in their original packaging, and free of damage.
Costs and Fees
All cancelled or returned goods are subject to the following fees and charges:
- Storage fees and any costs associated with re-routing the shipment
- Handling and restocking fees of $250 USD for each sauna and $15 USD for each accessory
- All shipping costs, including shipping to and from the Vital Health Saunas distribution warehouse
Damaged Goods
The buyer must promptly inspect the goods upon delivery to verify that the shipment is complete and free of damage or defects.
Any shipping damage or missing boxes must be noted on the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time the shipment is received and signed for. This notation is required for Vital Health Saunas to process any shipping damage claim.
The buyer must notify Vital Health Saunas in writing within three (3) days of receiving the goods if there are any missing items, shipping damage, or product defects.
Failure to inspect the shipment or provide timely written notice will be considered acceptance of the goods, and the buyer may waive the right to claim missing items, damage, or defects, including those otherwise covered under warranty.
Vital Health Saunas reserves the right to deny any claim it determines to be invalid or any claim where the damage or defect was caused by the actions or negligence of the buyer.
Except as otherwise stated in this policy, goods are not eligible for return or cancellation once the buyer has accepted the order.

Shipping Information
Your sauna order will be shipped directly from the Vital Health Saunas distribution warehouse within 48 hours after payment authorization for in-stock products.
Orders are shipped via a U.S. common carrier. Each sauna is carefully packaged in high-quality boxes, and most sauna kits consist of two boxes. For additional protection during transit, the shipment is strapped to a pallet and shrink-wrapped.
Typical transit times range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Vital Health Saunas will keep you informed of your order status via email or phone, and tracking information will be provided as soon as your sauna has been shipped.
